MANIFIESTO HAMPARTE
DEFINICIÓN
1.- Si uno o varios objetos fabricados en serie y que además están a la venta en el mercado común son presentados como obra de arte es Hamparte.
2.- Si la obra consiste simplemente en la elección de un objeto (objet trouvé, found art o ready-made) que es convertido mágicamente en obra de arte por el hecho de colocarlo en un espacio expositivo cualquiera es Hamparte.
3.- Si no es necesario tener talento para realizar una obra como la que se muestra, si está llena de lugares comunes e ideas manidas es Hamparte.
4.- Si el único valor que tiene la obra está sustentado fundamentalmente por un concienzudo texto teórico/filosófico/político que no encuentra su reflejo real en la obra es Hamparte.
5.- La fantástica y mágica atribución de valores inexistentes a objetos que son comercializados en el mercado del arte con precios exorbitantes es Hamparte.
6.- Un artista nunca se gana el derecho de ser artista. Tiene que demostrarlo continuamente. Aunque haya hecho una gran obra de arte, esto no significa que todo lo que haga sea arte. Puede hacer Hamparte consciente o inconscientemente. Si lo hace inconscientemente, será un hampartista puro. Si lo hace de manera consciente para evidenciar y denunciar lo que está ocurriendo en el mercado y en el mundo del arte, o bien por el simple placer de hacerlo; es un hampartista realista. Pero todas las obras que se creen bajo estos términos serán Hamparte.
7.- En definitiva, el arte de no tener talento es Hamparte.
